Adewale Fashanu

Adewale Fashanu was a Nigerian journalist who worked with the Zik Group of Newspapers in the 1940s, and was later the editor with an arm of the Federal Information Service. He is more known for leading a radical Zikist organization, the Zikist National Vanguard in the 1950s and as a pioneer member of the Zikist movement. He was also head of the Eastern Nigerian Printing Corporation.

Later in his career, he was a director of the Nigerian National Press.
