Aliyu Bisalla was a Niger State politician from the emirate of Suleja. He represented the Abuja/Suleja district in the Nigerian House of Representatives during the independence period.
Bisalla was born in 1914 to the Emir of Abuja, Mamman Gari. He was educated at the prestigious Bida Middle School, prior to that, he went to Abuja Elementary School from 1926-1928. He also attended the Higher College in katsina before starting work as a cashier in the Kano Native treasury. He worked briefly in Kano before moving to the Gwari native administration as an assistant treasurer.
In 1939, he became the treasurer of the Abuja native administration.
