Galadima Abdulmumini

Galadima Abdulmumini was a Nigerian politician and head of the Galadima district of Katsina during the nation's pre-independence period. He was also a member of the Northern House of Assembly.


Abdulmumini was born in Galadima to the family of the district head, Mallam Adamu. He attended Katsina and Malumfashi Elementary School, (1930-1934) and the Katsina Middle School from 1934-1937. After completing his education, he became a village head of Kagara, and then that of Na'alma. In 11944, after the death of his father, he assumed the position of District Head of Galadima. [1]

In the early 1950s, he was elected into the Northern House of Assembly.
