Galadima Abdulmumini was a Nigerian politician and head of the Galadima district of Katsina during the nation's pre-independence period. He was also a member of the Northern House of Assembly.
Abdulmumini was born in Galadima to the family of the district head, Mallam Adamu. He attended Katsina and Malumfashi Elementary School, (1930-1934) and the Katsina Middle School from 1934-1937. After completing his education, he became a village head of Kagara, and then that of Na'alma. In 11944, after the death of his father, he assumed the position of District Head of Galadima. 
In the early 1950s, he was elected into the Northern House of Assembly.
