Bawa Muhammadu Bulkachuwa ((1918) was a member of the Northern House of Assembly during the nation's independence period. Born to Adamu, Sarkin Bulkachuwa, Bawa attended Azare Elementary School, Azare, Bauchi Middle School and the Katsina Higher College. He later worked for the Katagum Native Authority.
He was an agriculture specialist who later became a supervisor in charge of agriculture. He was elected into the regional House of Assembly in 1951.
