Muhammadu Sani Dingyadi was a Nigerian educator and politician who was the headmaster of the Sokoto Middle School in the early 1930s. He was later a treasurer for the Sokoto Native Authority and in the 1950s, he entered the Northern regional assembly. Prior to that, he founded a citizens welfare association.

Dingyadi was educated at the Katsina Training College and later taught at the college from 1927-1930. He held the title of Makaman Sokoto.
