Elias Aneke Chime (1915) was a Nigerian politician and civil servant from Enugu who represented his district in the Eastern House of Assembly. He was later appointed as a regional Minister of Welfare.
Chime was born in 1915 to Aneke Chime and later married Ngula Egbe. He attended Government School, Udi and Enitonna High School, Port Harcourt. He then worked with the Nigerian Postal Service as a postal clerk. However, in his later years, he left the civil service and went into farming.
He was elected into the House in the 1950s representing Udi (Enugu).
