Mohammed Aliyu (1906) was an Emir of the emirate of Biu during the 1950s. Prior to becoming the emir, he was the District Head of Babur and was a clerk and court secretary of the Biu Native Authority.

The emir was born in 1906 to Mai Ari Dogo Aliyu, who was then called Mai (emir) of Biu. He was educated at a few schools in Bornu and Biu.

As emir, he encouraged education especially adult education within the emirate.
