Stafford Foster-Sutton

Stafford Foster-Sutton was the Ist Chief Justice of the Federation of Nigeria. He was also head of a commission of inquiry into allegations of corruption by the premier of the Eastern Government of Nigeria during the nation's pre-independence period.(1)

Prior to becoming the Chief Justice, he was the attorney general of Kenya from 1944-1948 and that of British Malaya from 1948-1950.
