Stephen Nwogbaga Alo (1919) is a Nigerian farmer and politician from the Abakaliki area who was a member of the Eastern Nigeria House of Assembly during Nigeria's pre-independence period.

He was born on February 24, 1919 and attended St Theresa's Primary School for early education. He later went to St Benedict's, Ogoja, and the West Africa Pupil's Institute. In 1942, he joined the Abakaliki Native Authority as a clerk, and was later a member and chairman of Izi District Council and Izi Clan Council.
